Captain: Codey Allen

Codey has been a USCG licensed captain since 2014. With over 20 years of great lakes experience he is one of the most knowledgeable captains on the water.

“Fishing is more than a job for us its a way of life and it translates to our trips. Its not just about filling the cooler every time (even though that is fun) it’s about learning about the amazing fisheries we have between Lake Erie and Lake Ontario. Introducing new people who might not have ever gotten to enjoy what some of us take for granted is very rewarding.” -Capt. Codey

Codey prides himself on hard work and teaching while on the water. Safety is our number one priority while you are with us above all else.

Throughout the summer Codey is also a avid participant in all the walleye tournaments on the eastern end of Lake Erie and all of the LOC derbies on Lake Ontario. Codey and his team have had great success winning the 2015 Southtown Walleye Derby with a 12.35lb walleye, and placing in the top 5 during the NCCC derby 5 of the last 7 years.

One of the biggest highlights for the LAFC team is winning the Fall 2019 LOC Grand Prize of $25,000 with a 33.50lb King Salmon.
